Therapy in Kingston, Ontario
Kingston Therapy provides compassionate, evidence-informed psychotherapy for adults, couples, children, teens, and families.
At Kingston Therapy, we understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, burnout, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of everyday life, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care, with a focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, improve relationships, and move toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who they are.

Land Acknowledgement
Kingston Therapy practices psychotherapy on the traditional and unceded lands of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples. We recognize the historical and ongoing oppression and violence of colonization across Turtle Island and in occupied lands around the world. We are actively working toward deeper learning and reflection, and recognize this as an ongoing responsibility.
