Teen Talk Kingston

Teen life can be overwhelming — from school stress and family tension to relationships, self-esteem, and social comparison on social media. Teen Talk is a monthly in-person therapy group for youth ages 13–17, designed to support healthy relationships, stress management, and confidence-building. Each session includes a short psychoeducational segment followed by open, supportive discussion. Neurodivergent teens are welcome.
Sessions are $40, with lower-cost options available based on need (sliding scale). Group size is limited to 6 participants. Held every second Friday of the month from 7:00 – 8:30pm. Pre-registration is required.

Group psychotherapy is covered by many extended health insurance plans — check with your provider.

Beyond the Binary

Beyond the Binary is a welcoming, in-person therapy group that meets once a month for teens aged 13–17 who are exploring their gender or sexual identity. It’s a safe space to connect with others, learn together, and feel supported in an affirming, inclusive environment. Group size is limited to 6 participants to keep the space personal and supportive. Sessions are $40, with lower-cost options available based on need (sliding scale). Held every last Friday of the month from 7:00 – 8:30pm. Pre-registration is required.

When you’re a mom with young kids, getting out of the house can feel like a full-time job — and honestly, some days it’s just too much. This virtual group therapy is for moms who need support, connection, and real talk — without the hassle of childcare or leaving home. Put on some Bluey for the kids, grab your lukewarm coffee, and log in from the couch. Messy buns welcome.
